Take the elevator to the 3^rd floor of the historic Deats Building on Main Street in Flemington, you’ll be inspired to exhale… and your “3 dimensional fitness” experience begins.

We offer an eclectic mix of private and group sessions which will inspire you to identify and exceed your personal goals, both body and mind. Our well rounded menu of services includes Zumba®, Belly Dance, Bootcamp and Cross Training, 8 different styles of Yoga and our specialty, GYROTONIC® Exercise. Complete the circle with private reiki.   All services are session based, so no membership fee is required.

Our studio is a beautiful and unique back drop to celebrate any occasion with friends, family or business associates.  We are proud to host fundraising events; birthday parties for any age, and wedding celebrations.  Our Director of Special Events will work one on one to sculpt your vision as the host.

Connection is paramount for us.  We start by knowing all of our clients by first name. We encourage friendship, support and respect by modeling the same to our clients. Our lounge with complimentary Organic tea/coffee bar and WiFi are a perfect place to converse and get to know one another.

Our 3 dimensional approach is rounded out with monthly special events.  These are opportunities to branch out and try new things and have some fun!  Events are run by our core staff of instructors and highlighted with special guests.
