A couple of years ago, owner Dorian Lipoczky grew bored with the local gym offerings. She began Pilates classes as another fitness avenue but couldn’t quite connect to it. Still, she continued to look at Pilates studios and started to envision how she could do it better.But something
else came up while she was looking.
GYROTONIC® exercise.
With one
look at the expansion system towers, beautiful structures that open, align and balance
the body and mind, Dorian was hooked. It
took just one session and all kinds of doors began to open…
Her vision
continued to sharpen while receiving her teacher’s certification. But it was the day she walked into 122 Main
Street , Flemington that she knew she had found the home for Sphericality.
The natural
light, gorgeous hard wood floors, tall ceilings, plus an eye for design,
instantly transformed the empty space into the haven Dorian envisioned.
Today the
studio has an incredible schedule with GYROTONIC® exercise, Zumba®, yoga and
belly dancing anchoring the menu with many special events happening weekly.

Zumba.
